摘　　要：针对房地产市场中大量存在的中小型房地产中介企业,提出一种基于SaaS模式设计的房地产中介公司信息管理系统.在SaaS模式下,系统架构划分为服务提供层和应用程序层,服务提供层实现租户管理等涉及SaaS的特性,应用程序层实现房地产中介信息管理系统的业务逻辑.系统具有软硬件架构对用户透明,无需部署,通过Internet提供软件服务的特点,能够很好地满足众多中小型房产中介公司的需求,经过实际试用后效果良好.For the small and medium real estate agency corporations in the market,this paper proposes a real estate agency information management system based on Saa S model. Using Saa S model,the system architecture is divided into services provider layer and application layer. The service provider layer complement the Saa S relative features such as tenant management,while the application layer complement the business logic of real estate agency information management system. This system has the advantages of software and hardware architecture transparent for users,without deploying,providing software services over the internet. The system can satisfy many needs of small and medium real estate agency corporations. It is showed that the actual effect is good.
