摘  要:薄层储层在多数油区广泛发育,且多数储层展布与井筒并不垂直,常规的射孔工艺效率较低,直接影响着油井的产能。定方位定射角射孔技术是一种通过控制射孔角度保证对射孔方向的三维控制技术,在薄层储层开发中,该技术采用特制可调射孔弹角度的装弹结构,以实现射孔弹射流对准主应力方向射出,可有效改善射孔效果。介绍了定方位定射角射孔技术的作用机理和技术特点等内容,并经地面试验和现场应用证实,该技术增产效果显著,对实现薄油层挖潜增效具有重要意义。Thin layer reservoir develops widely in most oilfields,and lots of them are not vertical to the wellbore,which results in the low efficiency of the conventional perforating process and directly affects the productivity of the oil well.The oriented fixed angle perforation is a threedimensional control technology that ensures the perforation direction by controlling the perforation angle.During the process of the development of thin-layer reservoirs,a loading structure capable of adjusting the angle of perforating bullets is adopted to achieve the jet-flow injecting to the direction of principal stress,which can effectively improve the perforating effect.This article introduced the principle and technical characteristics of this technology in detail.It was confirmed by ground test and field application that this technology has a significant effect on production,which is of great significance for tapping potential and increasing efficiency of thin oil layers.
