摘　　要：黄芩作为我国的传统中药,在抗癌、抗细胞损伤、改善记忆等方面均有重要作用。四倍体黄芩D20是通过组织培养技术诱导黄芩多倍体培育出的高产优质的黄芩新品系,其在植株生长势、药材产量及化学成分含量等方面均优于普通黄芩。近年来,关于四倍体黄芩的研究较为深入,为进一步了解四倍体黄芩遗传特性及化学成分等方面的研究现状,探讨开发利用黄芩药用资源,本文对四倍体黄芩化学成分及遗传特性等方面的研究进行综述,为进一步研究及推广四倍体黄芩提供参考。Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is a traditional Chinese medicine. It has been proved that Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi has the effects of anticancer,neuroprotection,memory improvement and cell injury resistance. Tetraploid Scutellaria D20 is a new strain with high yield and quality cultivated by tissue culture technology,which is superior to Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in plant growth potential,medicinal production and chemical composition. In recent years,the study of tetraploid Scutellaria is more in-depth.In this paper,the chemical constituents and genetic characteristics of tetraploid Scutellaria baicalensis were reviewed,so as to provide reference for further research and popularization of tetraploid Scutellaria baicalensis.
