摘  要:采用"3414"试验设计,并运用方差分析、相关分析和回归分析研究氮磷钾配施对蒙古黄芪种苗质量、数量及产量的影响。结果表明,蒙古黄芪种苗的质量和产量对氮水平的响应强于磷、钾水平;氮素可促进蒙古黄芪种苗根部的生物量积累,磷素对其无影响,而钾素却有抑制作用;氮素可提高蒙古黄芪种苗的产量,磷素和钾素对其影响不显著;黑垆土蒙古黄芪育苗的最佳施肥量为N 147.29 kg/hm^2,P2O5108.64 kg/hm^2,K2O 84.04 kg/hm^2。The variance, correlation and regression analysis were used to study the effects of combined application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on quality,quantity and yield of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus seedling via"3414"experiment design. The results indicated that the response for the quality and yeild of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus seedling to nitrogen level was stronger than that to phosphorus and potassium level; Nitrogen could promote the biomass accumulation of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus seedling in root,but phosphorus had no effects on it,while potassium inhibited it; Nitrogen could raise the yield of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus seedling,while the effects of phosphorus and potassium on it wasn't significant; The optimal fertilizing amount for seedling cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus in dark loessial soils was 147.289 7 kg/hm^2 N,108.636 5 kg/hm^2 P2O5 and 84.041 6 kg/hm^2 K2 O.
