摘　　要：经过对北京地区15家动物医院的猫皮肤病临床病例进行临床病变初诊、伍德氏灯检查、被毛皮屑采样镜检,获得疑似猫癣菌病病例样本892例,采用SDA、DTM及PDA培养基分离培养,892例病例样本均检出猫癣菌,检出率为100%。在检出的猫癣菌中,犬小孢子菌检出率最高（53.70%）,其次为石膏样小孢子菌（14.13%）;夏秋两季发病率（分别为41.91%、35.02%）明显高于春冬两季（分别为10.07%、13.00%）,而在夏秋两季中又以8月、9月检出率最高（分别为21.07%、18.55%）;患病年龄以1岁龄以内幼龄猫发病率最高（48.88%）,其次是7岁龄以上老龄猫（39.13%）;病变部位以四肢及指（趾）部最高（28.70%）,其次是背部（24.55%）;雌雄患病比例基本持平（雄性为47.08%,雌性为52.92%）。提示北京地区猫癣菌病病原菌以犬小孢子菌为主,以8、9月份发病率最高,发病部位以四肢及趾部最高,1岁龄以内的幼年猫发病率最高。Cat superficial cutaneous fungal disease known as dermatophytosis,is a zoonotic disease be noted in humans who come in close contact with the affected animals. Its clinical characteristics includes long treatment cycle,high recurrence rate and difficult to cure. 892 cases of suspected cat dermatophytosis were collected based on clinical symptoms on first presentation,the wood＇s lamp inspection and microscopy exam of cutaneous sample. All of the 892 cases were confirmed by SDA,DTM and PDA culture. The results showed that dermatophytosis in cats was caused mainly by Microsporum canis（53.70% of cases）,followed by M.gypseum（14.13%）;Incidence in summer（41.91%） and autumn（35.02%） was significantly higher than in spring（10.07%）and winter（13.00%）; and in summer,cases number in August（21.07%）and September（18.55%）was the highest. Kittens less than one year of age were affected most commonly（48.88%）,followed by adult cat older than 7 years（39.13%）. Lesion sites included limbs and digit（toe）（28.70%）,dorsal trunk（24.55%） and others. Male（47.08%） and female（52.92%） was equivalence in incidence. It is concluded that cat dermatophytosis in Beijing area is caused mainly by Microsporum canis,with highest incidence in August and September. Typical lesions are in limbs and digits（toes）,with kittens less than one-year-old are affected most commonly.
