蛇头穴刺络放血结合天应穴浮刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察蛇头穴刺络放血结合天应穴浮刺与加巴喷丁胶囊对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)分别治疗作用的疗效。方法:将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者采用随机分组的方法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用蛇头穴刺络放血结合天应穴浮刺治疗,对照组采用口服加巴喷丁胶囊治疗,4周为1个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、阿森斯失眠量表评分(AIS)及总体疗效差异。结果:治疗结束后两组患者VAS评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01),但治疗组的改善程度优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后两组患者AIS评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组的改善程度优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:蛇头穴刺络放血结合天应穴浮刺对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效优于口服加巴喷丁胶囊。Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy between blood-letting puncturing Shetou acupoint combined with superficial needling Tianying acupoint and the application of Gabapentin Capsules in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of shingles. Methods： 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with Gabapentin Capsules; whereas,the treatment group was treated with blood-letting puncturing Shetou acupoint combined with superficial needling Tianying acupoint. Four weeks were taken as one course of treatment. Visual analogue scale（ VAS）,Athens Insomnia Scale（ AIS）,and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results： After treatment,VAS score was significantly improved in the two groups（ P〈0. 01）,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group compared to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. AIS score was also significantly improved in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group compared to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 83. 33% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The therapy of blood-letting puncturing Shetou acupoint combined with superficial needling Tianying acupoint has better effect than Gabapentin Capsules in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
