摘  要:再生胶作为一种可以循环利用的橡胶资源,在工业生产中的应用越来越多。对再生胶作为原料或添加剂应用到轮胎胎面、胎侧的复合挤出成型进行研究,先测定再生胶自身的物性参数,分析单机头流道中流道结构及入口流量对出口均匀性的影响,并在复合挤出流道中研究口型板的形状对复合挤出效果的影响。As a rubber resource that can be recycled, reclaimed rubber is used more and more in industrial production. The use of reclaimed rubber as a raw material or additive in the composite extrusion molding of tire treads and sidewalls was studied. The physical properties of the reclaimed rubber were measured first, and the effect of the structure of the flow path in the single die runner and the inlet flow on the outlet uniformity was analyzed. The influence of the shape of the mouth plate on the composite extrusion effect was studied in the composite extrusion flow channel.
