Objective To investigate the effects and significance of nuclear radiation on the production and gene changes of circulating tumor cells. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 100 cases of patients with tumor cancer who were admitted from January to December in 2016. According to the nucleation, patients were randomly divided into the nucleation group( n = 50) and the non-nucleation group( n = 50). Two groups of circulating tumor cells( CTC) and second-generation DNA sequencing were detected to compare the production and genetic changes of circulating cancer cells in the two groups. Results The CTC detection rates of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The variation rate of second generation DNA sequencing in the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Nuclear radiation can increase the production of circulating tumor cells, promote gene changes in the body, and increase the probability of tumorigenesis by radiation.
