血小板压积和血小板分布宽度对评估急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗的意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板压积(PCT)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)对评估急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗的意义。方法 80例采取静脉溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者,根据患者采取重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rt-PA)治疗后有无出血情况分为出血组(30例)和非出血组(50例)。观察比较两组患者治疗前后血小板压积和血小板分布宽度的变化。结果出血组患者治疗前后血小板压积、血小板分布宽度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);非出血组患者治疗后血小板压积(0.25±0.05)%、血小板分布宽度(10.36±2.20)%均高于治疗前的(0.22±0.04)%和(7.22±2.30)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血小板压积、血小板分布宽度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血小板压积、血小板分布宽度对脑出血患者溶栓治疗没有判断意义,但是治疗后未出血的患者的血小板压积和血小板分布宽度会有不同程度的升高,可以用来评价疗效。Objective To investigate the significance of plateletcrit（PCT） and platelet distribution width（PDW） in the evaluation of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction who received intravenous thrombolytic therapy were divided into hemorrhagic group for 30 cases and non hemorrhagic group for 50 cases according to whether there was hemorrhage after treatment with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator（rt-PA）. The changes of PCT and PDW between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results There were no significant differences in PCT and PDW of hemorrhagic group before and after treatment（P0.05）. The PCT and PDW of non hemorrhagic group after treatment were（0.25±0.05）% and（10.36±2.20）%, which were significantly higher than（0.22±0.04）% and（7.22±2.30）% before treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. There were no significant differences in PCT and PDW between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）. Conclusion PCT and PDW have no significance for thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, but the PCT and PDW in patients with non hemorrhage after treatment can be increased to varying degrees, which can be used to evaluate the effect.
