Objective To analyze the application effect of minimally invasive technique in clinical treatment of trauma department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 84 patients with trauma department of orthopedics disease were divided into control group and research group according to the different ways of treatment, 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery, and patients in the research group were treated with minimally invasive techniques. The length of incision, intraoperative blood loss, wound healing time and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The length of incision, intraoperative blood loss, wound healing time of the research group were significantly better than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The excellent and good rate of the research group was 92.86%, which was significantly higher than 76.19% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The application of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of diseases in the trauma department of orthopedics has advantages of small incision, small wound and quick recovery. It is helpful to promote the improvement of clinical effect and worthy of popularization and application.
