针刺结合康复训练对老年膝关节韧带损伤术后膝关节功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合康复训练对老年膝关节韧带损伤术后膝关节功能康复的影响。方法将106例老年膝关节韧带损伤术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组给予康复训练,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予针刺治疗,2组均持续治疗12周。治疗前后分别采用Lysholm评分标准评价2组患者膝关节功能,采用量角器测量关节活动度,采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价平衡功能,采用功能性步行量表(FAC)评价步行功能,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表评价运动功能。结果治疗后2组Lysholm评分、ROM、BBS评分、FAC评分及运功功能量表中的协调能力、活动能力、反射能力、运动速度评分均显著高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论针刺结合康复训练能有效改善老年膝关节韧带损伤术后患者膝关节功能和运动功能,治疗效果优于单纯康复训练。Objective It is to evaluate the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on functional rehabilitation of knee joint for postoperative knee ligament injuries in the elderly. Methods 106 cases of elderly patients with knee ligament injury were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,53 cases in each group. The control group were given rehabilitation training,and the observation group were combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group,all treated for 12 weeks. Knee function was evaluated by Lysholm scoring standard,joint activity was measured by using the protractor,balance function was evaluated by using Berg balance scale（ BBS）,walking function was evaluated by using functional walking scale（ FAC）,and motor function was evaluated by using Fugl-Meyer motor function scale. Results After treatment,Lysholm score and ROM were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,BBS and FAC scores were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Coordination ability,activity ability,reflex ability,speed scores were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve knee joint and motor function of elderly patients with knee ligament injuries after operation. It can improve clinical effect.
