加味四妙散联合肌炎灵胶囊治疗多发性肌炎疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味四妙散联合肌炎灵胶囊治疗多发性肌炎疗效及对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法将62例多发性肌炎患者随机分为2组,对照组31例于西医治疗基础上给予肌炎灵胶囊治疗,观察组31例在对照组治疗基础上给予加味四妙散治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血清炎性因子水平变化情况,统计2组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后中医证候评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、白三烯E_4(LTE_4)、前列腺素D_2(PGD_2)水平均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组PGE_2、LTE_4、PGD_2水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组AST、CK、LDH水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味四妙散联合肌炎灵胶囊治疗多发性肌炎疗效较佳,可显著减轻中医证候,降低炎性因子及血清肌酶水平,且临床应用安全。Objective It is to investigate the efficacy of Jia Wei Si Miao San combined with Jiyanling capsule in the treatment of polymyositis and its effect on serum inflammatory factor levels. Methods Sixty-two cases of polymyositis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,31 cases in the control group were given jiyanling capsule treatment on the basis of western medicine treatment,31 cases in the observation group were given Jia Wei Si Miao San based on the control group. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the serum levels of inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment in both groups,and the curative effect was evaluated,the incidence of adverse reaction was recorded in the two groups. Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of prostaglandin E_2,leukotriene E_4,prostaglandin D_2,Aspartate aminotransferase,creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Jiawei Simiao San combined with myositis capsule is effective in the treatment of polymyositis,which can significantly reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and serum muscle enzymes,and is safe for clinical application.
