摘　　要：文章主要就锅炉烟气的危害及对金属的腐蚀机理进行了分析,对目前脱硫塔内壁防腐普遍采用的几种技术的优缺点进行了比较,并对玻璃鳞片衬里在脱硫塔内壁防腐方面的优势以及如何保证工程质量、提高玻璃鳞片防腐蚀性能等进行了阐述。文章对玻璃鳞片在脱硫塔内运行一年过程中所存在的问题进行了分析,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的建议。This paper analyzes the damage of boiler flue gas and its corrosion mechanism on metals.It compares the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used technologies in the inner wall anticorrosion of the desulphurization tower.The paper also expounds the advantages of glass flake lining in the inner wall anticorrosion of the desulphurization tower and how to ensure the construction quality and improve the corrosion resistance of the glass flake lining.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the one-year operation of the desulphurization tower.Aiming at the problems,it presents the corresponding suggestions.
