制氢装置顶烧转化炉炉膛传热问题探讨

摘　　要：制氢装置转化炉的炉膛内包括多组炉管,如何保证这些炉管在操作时都处在等同的条件,是设计过程需要考虑的主要问题。文章主要从炉膛烟气侧烟气流动场及烟气温度场的设计、工艺侧流体分布设计以及转化炉操作问题等方面进行讨论,以期达到转化炉长周期运行,所有炉管都具有同期寿命的目的。There are multi groups of catalyst tubes in the fire box of reformer in hydrogen production plant.The main issue that shall be considered in design process of hydrogen reformer is how to ensure that the reformer tubes are in the same condition during operation.This paper has a discussion from such aspects as the design of flow and temperature distribution of flue gas in the fire box,the fluid distribution design of process and the operation of hydrogen reformer so as to keep the long-term operation of the reformer and the reformer tubes having the same service life.
