摘 要:储罐油品的蒸发损耗会带来经济、环境、安全等方面的问题。以固定顶储罐为研究对象,采用美国环保局(EPA)推荐的固定顶储罐呼吸损耗计算公式,定量地考察各因素对储罐呼吸损耗的影响,并通过权重分析,以"龙卷风图"的形式直观地展示各因素的影响权重,为呼吸损耗的控制策略制定提供理论依据。结果表明:油品理化性质对固定顶罐呼吸损耗影响最大,其次为日油气平均温差,油品储存条件影响最小。The evaporation losses of storage tank oil can bring economic,environmental and safety problems.Taking fixed roof storage tank as the research object,this paper makes a quantitative investigation on the effects of various factors on the breathing loss of fixed roof storage tank by using the calculation method recommended by US Environmental Protection Agency.Through weight analysis,the effect weights of various factors are visualized directly by Tornado Diagram which could provide theoretical basis for the control strategy of breathing losses.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of oil products have the greatest effect on the breathing losses of the fixed roof storage tank,followed by the daily average temperature difference of oil and gas,and the oil storage conditions have the least effect.
