摘 要:通过试验,对比研究了减缩剂和膨胀剂对水工混凝土基本力学性能、自身体积变形、抗冲击韧性、抗冲磨强度和抗裂性能的影响。结果表明,掺入SBT-SRA减缩剂后,虽然混凝土强度、极限拉伸值均有所降低,但可抑制混凝土的干缩、自生体积收缩,对混凝土平板抗裂性有利;掺入ZY-UEA膨胀剂时,混凝土180 d的极限拉伸值与抗拉强度均存在倒缩现象,自生体积的后期收缩超过基准混凝土,且同龄期混凝土抗冲磨强度的降低幅度可达20%左右。Through experiments,the effects of shrinkage reducing agent and expansive agent on the basic mechanical properties,self-volume deformation,impact toughness,anti-abrasion strength and crack resistance of hydraulic concrete were studied.The results showed that after the incorporation of SBT-SRA shrinkage reducing agent,although the concrete strength and ultimate tensile value are reduced,it can inhibit the shrinkage and shrinkage of concrete,which is beneficial to the cracking resistance of concrete.When the ZY-UEA expansion agent is incorporated,the ultimate tensile strength and tensile strength of the concrete 180 d are overturned,the shrinkage of the autogenous volume exceeds the reference concrete,and the decrease of the anti-abrasion strength of the same age concrete can reach about 20%.
