摘 要:沙漠砂蒸压加气混凝土是以沙漠砂为主要成分研发的新型建筑墙体材料,对其含水率和抗冻性能进行研究,通过试验,对沙漠砂蒸压加气混凝土在不同含水率状态下的立方体抗压强度及抗冻性能进行了研究,试验结果表明,沙漠砂蒸压加气块混凝土立方体抗压强度随着含水率的增加其强度不断降低,当含水率大于35%时,其抗压强度逐渐趋于稳定,强度损失约为常温下强度的80%左右;其抗冻性能随着冻融次数的增多,抗压强度损失与质量损失基本程呈双线型增加,且强度损失较质量损失更显著。Desert sand autoclaved aerated concrete is a new type of building wall material,its developed with desert sand as the main component.The moisture content and frost resistance are studied.Through the test,the compressive strength and frost resistance of desert sand autoclaved aerated concrete were studied.The test results show that compressive strength of desert sand autoclaved aerated concrete reduce gradually with the increase of moisture content,when the moisture content is more than 35%,the compressive strength gradually stabilized,the loss of the compressive strength is about 80% of the normal temperature′s.With the increase of freeze-thaw times.The trend of compressive strength loss and mass loss showed a two-line increase,and the loss of strength is more significant than the mass.
