摘 要:我国医疗服务项目定价制度历经严格管控、放权让利、放管结合、制度改革4个发展阶段,目前仍存在着医疗服务定价偏低、价格调整滞后、缺乏系统的成本核算方法、未拉开等级差距等问题,需综合考虑各种因素进行调整。可采用兼顾多因素、多模式的动态调整定价方式,引入多方谈判机制,完善医疗服务付费方式、建设价格监管体系、加强部门间协作等改革,使医疗服务定价更加科学化、合理化。The medical service pricing in China having experienced four development period of that strict control,decentralization and interest,delegate power and strengthen regulation and system reform. Now,there are still some problems such as low pricing of medical services,lag of price adjustment,lack of scientific cost accounting method and unbalanced level gap. These need to be adjusted with comprehensively consider various factors. It may adopt to combine with multi-factor and multi-mode dynamic adjustment pricing mode,introduce multi-party negotiation mechanism,perfect medical service payment mode,construct price supervision system and strengthen inter-departmental collaboration,so as to make medical service pricing more scientification and rationalization.
