摘　　要：目的探讨个体化运动干预对改善老年维持性血液透析(MHD)病人生活质量的效果。方法将2016年1月至2017年6月我院61例老年MHD病人,随机分成观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=30)。2组病人采取相同的透析方法,对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组在常规健康宣教的基础上给予为期12周的个体化运动干预。采用生活质量量表(KDQ)评估2组病人的干预效果。结果观察组病人运动干预12周后,其疲劳(FD1)、躯体症状(PSD)、抑郁情绪维度(DD)、人际关系(ROD)、挫折(FD2)评分前后比较差异均有统计学意义,且KDQ总评分高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化运动干预可提高老年MHD病人生理机能及透析充分性,消除不良心理状态,改善生活质量,减缓并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effects of individualized exercise intervention on the quality of life in elderly patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）. Methods Sixty-one elderly patients who received MHD treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group（n = 31） and control group（n = 30）. Both groups received the same dialysis method. The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given individualized exercise intervention for 12 weeks on the basis of routine health education. The quality of life scale（KDQ） was used to evaluate the effects of intervention in both groups. Results After 12 weeks of individualized exercise intervention,the scores of fatigue（FD1）,somatic symptoms depression（PSD）,emotional dimension（DD）,relationship（ROD）,setbacks（FD2） in observation group were significantly higher than before,and the score of KDQ was significantly higher than that of the control group at the same period（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Individualized exercise intervention can improve the physiological function and dialysis adequacy in elderly patients receiving MHD,eliminate the unhealthy mental state,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
