摘　　要：目的探讨心力衰竭(心衰)合并焦虑病人文化水平对治疗效果的影响。方法选择心衰合并焦虑的病人65例,按文化水平分成2组,具有初中及以下文化程度的病人为A组,具有高中及以上文化程度的病人为B组,2组均按心衰治疗指南给予正规抗心衰药物治疗,在此基础上加用综合性情感干预联合抗焦虑药物治疗。观察并比较治疗1周和2周后2组病人不适症状的缓解程度、纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级、脑利钠肽(BNP)水平。结果治疗1周后,2组病人的病情较治疗前均有改善,且A组心功能、BNP水平及临床不适症状的改善程度明显优于B组,2组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后2组病人的病情均明显好转,2组间心功能、BNP水平及临床不适症状的改善程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心衰合并焦虑病人的文化水平在短期内对治疗效果有影响,在临床工作中对于心衰合并焦虑的病人应该根据其文化水平的高低给予针对性的治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of the education level on efficacy in patients with heart failure combined with anxiety. Methods Sixty-five patients with heart failure combined with anxiety were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to their education level. The patients with junior high school education and below were enrolled in group A,and the patients with high school education or above were enrolled in group B. Two groups were given normal heart failure treatment according to the guidelines for heart failure. In addition,the patients were treated with a combination of psychotherapy and anti-anxiety drugs. The degree of remission of discomfort symptoms,the differences of New York heart function（NYHA） and the level of brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） were observed and analyzed after one week and two weeks of treatment. Results The patients＇ condition of two groups were improved after one week of treatment,and the heart function,BNP level and clinical symptoms in group A were more significantly improved than those in group B（P 〈0. 05）; After two weeks of treatment,the condition of the two groups was improved significantly,but there was no significant difference in the improvement of cardiac function,BNP level and clinical discomfort between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The education level shows effects on the therapeutic effect of heart failure complicated with anxiety. In clinical work,the patients with heart failure combined with anxiety should be given targeted treatment according to their level.
