摘  要:对不同聚氯乙烯含量、不同结晶量、不同增塑剂种类、不同用量对混炼胶物理机械性能、溶胀性能进行对比,结果显示,提高聚氯乙烯的含量,胶料的强度、硬度、耐溶胀性能提高,综合性能最佳比例为80/20~60/40。丁腈橡胶和聚氯乙烯配比相同时,共混胶性能随结丙量变化趋势与丁腈橡胶一致;共混胶的耐介质性能与增塑剂的空间位阻、分子链结构、与共混胶的相容性有关,增大增塑剂用量,可以改善溶胀性能。This paper compares the physical and mechanical properties and swelling properties of rubber compounds with different PVC content, different amount of propylene, different types of plasticizers and dosages. The results showed that the strength, hardness and anti-swelling properties of polyvinyl chloride were also improved with the increase of polyvinyl chloride content.The best ratio of comprehensive performance is 80/20-60/40. when the mixture ratio of nitrile rubber and Polyvinyl chloride is the same, the variation trend of blend rubber properties with the amount of propylene is consistent with that of NBR. The medium resistance of the blend rubber is related to the steric resistance, molecular chain structure of the plasticizer. Increasing the amount of plasticizer can improve the swelling performance.
