摘  要:目前,水貂现有采血方法存在采血量少、血液质量差及短时间内不可循环采血等问题。本研究以解决上述问题为目标,探索水貂静脉采血方法。试验水貂全身麻醉后,通过胸骨柄末端的前腔静脉,使用一次性真空采血管进行采血。应用前腔静脉采血方法对不同日龄水貂进行采血,结果表明,前腔静脉方法采集1.5m L血液的时间为0.4min^0.6min,水貂合适的采血时间为75日龄以上。水貂前腔静脉采血方法可替代现有的水貂采血方法,降低了采血过程对于水貂的刺激和伤害,符合动物福利的要求,提高了采血效率和血液质量,满足了血液样本的试验需求。At present, there are some problems in the methods of blood collection, such as less blood collection, poor blood quality, and non-circulating blood collection in a short period of time. In order to solve the above problems, this study aims to explore the method of vein blood collect--ion in mink.After general anesthesia for the experimental mink, located the great vein of the anterior cavity through the end of the sternum and used a one-time vacuum extraction vessel to collect blood. The method of collecting blood from the anterior vena cava was applied and blood was collected for different age mink. The results showed that the time of collecting blood from 1.5mL was 0.4min-0.6min; Over 75 days of age was the appropriate time for blood collection.The method of vacuum blood collection from an- terior vena in mink can be used to replace the eisting methods. It not only can reduce the blood collection process for mink stimulation and injury and meet animal welfare requirements, but also can improve the efficiency and quality of blood sampling.Meanwhile, the method meet the test requirements of blood the sample.
