谁在养老人?——两个裕固族移民搬迁社区的养老实践

摘　　要：移民搬迁工程使迁出地和迁入地老年人的居住选择与养老生活发生了变化。本文立足于家庭养老、自我养老、国家养老、社会养老和市场养老的不同模式,分别对两个移民搬迁社区的老人进行调查,分析老年人的经济需求、医疗需求、日常生活照料需求、精神慰藉需求的满足程度,以及不同主体在养老支持力方面的差异。在经济支持方面,以国家养老为主,自我养老和家庭养老为辅;医疗支持方面,国家、家庭和自我分别给予了不同的支持内容;在生活照料支持和精神慰藉方面,自我为主家庭为辅。The immigration relocation project shapes the living environment, livelihood and lifestyle of Yugu nationality, and their ideas and behaviors have been affected in response to it As a result, there are differences in demographic structure between their hometowns and move-in areas,their residential preference and their retirement life. The paper, based on different pension modes related to family, self support, the state, the society and market, taking the elder in two different immigration communities as subjects in the survey, analyzes the degree to which the elder＇s needs could be met, including financial needs, medical and daily care needs, and spiritual needs and also discusses the different support from the main parts of above-mentioned pension. The conclusion can be made as follows： financially, the state pension plays the main role, with self support and family care as a supplement; in terms of medical support, the state, the family and the elder provide different support respectively; for daily care and spiritual support,self supporting acts as a primary part. family pension as a secondary one.
