摘 要:某金矿自2014年建立了井下移动式泵送充填系统,但随着矿山的提质扩能,目前的充填系统能力已不能满足生产需求,同时给料系统还存在劳动强度大,给料连续性差等问题。针对这些问题,从增大充填能力、加强给料的连续性、提高系统的机械化等方面出发,研究了具有全机械化作业的金属矿山井下移动式泵送充填系统。该系统连续高效,推广应用价值广。A gold mine has established a downhole mobile pumping and filling system since 2011. However,with the upgrading of mines,the current filling system capacity can no longer meet the production needs. At the same time,the feeding system still has a large labor intensity and poor feed continuty. To solve these problems,this paper starts with the aspects of increasing the filling capacity,strengthening the continuty of feed,and improving the mechanization of the system,and studies and designs a mobile pumping filling system with full mechanization. The system is continuous and highly efficient,and it can be widely applied.
