XN-3000血液分析仪三种方法检测低值血小板结果比较

摘　　要：目的观察XN-3000血液分析仪电阻抗法(PLT-I)和激光染色法(使用荧光染料PLT-O法和使用核酸荧光染料PLT-F法)检测低值血小板(PLT)的准确性。方法采用PLT-I、PLT-O、PLT-F和手工法检测2015年12月至2016年5月铜陵市人民医院住院患者118例低值PLT样本,按手工法结果分为四组:PLT≤15×109·L-1组21例、15×109·L-1<PLT≤30×109·L-1组29例、30×109·L-1<PLT≤45×109·L-1组40例、45×109·L-1<PLT≤60×109·L-1组28例,每组样本仪器3种方法结果分别与手工法计数结果进行比较和相关性分析。结果各组样本采用PLT-I、PLT-O、PLT-F检测的结果与手工法相比较,均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关性分析比较,PLT-F与手工法结果相关系数(r=0.995 7)高于PLT-I与手工法相关系数(r=0.940 9)、PLT-O与手工法相关系数(r=0.962 3)。结论 XN-3000血液分析仪的3种方法检测低值PLT相比较,PLT-F与手工法结果最接近,方法准确性最高。Objective To observe the accuracy of detecting low-level platelet（PLT-I） using X-3000 hematology analyzer（PLT-I） and laser staining（using fluorescent dye PLT-O method and nucleic acid fluorescent dye PLT-F method）. Methods PLT-I,PLT-O,PLT-F and manual methods were used to detect 118 cases of low-level PLT sample who hospitalized in Tongling People＇s Hospital from December 2015 to May 2016,which were divided into 4 groups according to manual method： PLT≤15 × 109·L-1 group of 21 cases,15 × 109·L-1 PLT≤30 × 109·L-1 group of 21 cases,30 × 109·L-1 PLT≤45 × 109·L-1 group and 45 × 109·L-1 PLT≤60 × 109·L-1 group of 28 cases. The results of 3 methods of using instrument of each group were compared with the manual method and correlative analysis was performed. Results There was no significant difference between PLT-I,PLT-O,PLT-F and manual methods（P〈0. 05）.Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between PLT-F and manual method（r = 0. 995 7） was higher than that of PLT-I and manual method（r = 0. 940 9）,and correlation coefficient between PLT-O and manual method（r = 0. 962 3）. Conclusion The PLT-F is the closest to the manual method,and the accuracy of the method is the highest when the three methods of XN-3000 hematology analyzer are used to detect the low-value PLT.
