摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对不孕患者辅助生殖临床结局的影响。方法回顾分析南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院生殖医学中心2015年10月至2016年3月行体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(IVF/ICSI)胚胎移植术并行高危型HPV检测的501例患者,其中HPV阳性者51例,HPV阴性者450例。从中筛选出采用相同超排方案并排除影响因素后的199例患者,分为HPV阳性组(26例)、HPV阴性组(173例),分别比较两组临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率。结果回顾分析的501例患者中HPV感染率10.18%;HPV阳性组临床妊娠率73.08%、流产率5.26%、活产率65.38%;HPV阴性组临床妊娠率76.88%、流产率8.27%、活产率69.36%;两组比较:临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫颈高危型HPV感染对IVF/ICSI的临床妊娠结局无显著性影响。Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus （HPV） infection on in vitro fertiliza- tion/intraeytoplasmie sperm injection （1VF/ICSI） outcomes. Methods 501 infertile women undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment who underwent fi＇esh cycle embryo transfer at Nanjing Drum Tower hospital reproductive medical center fi＇om October 2015 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, in which 51 case of HPV positive and 450 negative, According to stimulating ovulation protocol and excluding i^ffluenee factors, 199 patients were divided into HPV positive group （ n = 26 ） and HPV negative group （ rz = 173 ）. Clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,live birth rate were compared between two groups. Results Of the 501 patients, HPV infection rate was 10. 18%. The clinical pregnancy rate was 73.08% vs. 76. 88% ,abortion rate was 5.26 % vs. 8.27 % ,live birth rate was 65.38% vs. 69. 36% between HPV positive group and HPV negative group. There was no statistical significance between two groups in clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and live birth rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion High-risk HPV infection had no obvious impact on IVF/ICSI clinical
