淫羊藿联合丹仙康骨胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察淫羊藿联合丹仙康骨胶囊治疗老年性骨质疏松的临床效果。方法将华中科技大学同济医学院附属梨园医院老年病科2014年6月至2016年7月收诊的110例骨质疏松的老年患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组55例服用丹仙康骨胶囊,观察组55例在服用丹仙康骨胶囊基础上加服淫羊藿。对比治疗前后有关指标变化。结果观察组治疗疗效高于对照组。治疗后观察组股骨颈和腰椎部位骨密度(BMD)、骨钙素(BGP)、血钙、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)均优于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论在丹仙康骨胶囊基础上联合淫羊藿治疗老年性骨质疏松,可提高临床疗效,调节患者BMD、BGP、血钙和ALP水平,缓解患者疼痛。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Herba Epimedii combined with Danxiankanggu capsule in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods 110 elderly patients with osteoporosis were divided into two groups by drawing lots from June 2014 to July 2016 in the Department of Geriatric Medicine,Liyuan Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The control group（55 cases） took Danxiankanggu capsule and the observation group（55 cases） took epimedium on the basis of taking Danxiankanggu capsule. Relative index changes before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The bone mineral density（BMD） of femoral neck and lumbar spine,osteocalcin（BGP）,blood calcium,serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP） and visual analogue scale（VAS） score of observation group were better than that of observation group,and the difference were statistically significant（all P〈0. 001）. Conclusion On the basis of Danxiankanggu capsule combined with Epimedium in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,the clinical effect can be improved,the levels of BMD,BGP,blood calcium and ALP can be regulated,and the pain of patients can be alleviated.
