保留齿线痔上动脉结扎内悬吊外切剥术治疗混合痔50例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨保留齿状线痔上动脉结扎内悬吊外切剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将100例混合痔患者随机分为两组,治疗组(50例)采用保留齿线痔上动脉结扎内悬吊外切剥术治疗,对照组(50例)采用外剥内扎治疗。观察两组患者疗效、术后并发症、术后肛门功能情况、手术时间、住院天数、切口愈合时间。结果两组临床疗效相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后粪便淤滞、肛门溢液、术后疼痛、术后出血、尿潴留、住院天数、切口愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组并发症发生率低,住院天数及切口愈合时间短。结论保留齿线痔上动脉结扎内悬吊外切剥术能有效治疗混合痔,并且减少术后并发症发生,缩短切口愈合时间及住院天数,保护肛门功能,是一种安全、有效、经济、适宜推广的治疗混合痔的新方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of reserving the denture line artery ligation intemal piles suspension puls external hemorrhoid resection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods One hundred patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups with randomized and single-blinded method. A total of 50 cases（study group） were treated by reserving dentate line artery ligation intemal piles suspension puls external hemorrhoid resection,and the other 50 cases（control group） was simply treated by Milligan-Morgan method. Watch and record the two groups of postoperative curative effect,the postoperative complications,anus function,operation time,the number of days in hospital,postoperative wound healing time,and compare the two surgical method differences. Results The study group and control group by two surgical method after treatment,it＇s curative effect is no significant difference（P〉0. 05）,Postoperative fecal stasis,anal discharge,postoperative pain,postoperative bleeding,urinary retention,the number of days in hospital,postoperative wound healing time is significant difference（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the study group is lower and the number of days in hospital,postoperative wound healing time is shorter than the control gruop＇s.Conclusion Reserve the denture line artery ligation intemal piles suspension puls external hemorrhoid resection can effectively treat mixed hemorrhoids and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the time of postoperative wound healing time,the number of days in hospital,protect the anus function,so the new method of care mixed hemorrhoids is safe,effective,economical and appropriate to promote the treatment.
