摘 要:目的评价白内障住院患者围手术期健康教育纸质资料对患者宣教的有效性。方法依据适用性评价工具SAM(Suitabability Assessment of Materials)设计白内障住院患者围手术期健康教育纸质资料,按便利抽样的原则,选取2017年8~10月在某院眼科确诊为白内障住院患者200名为调查对象,比较健康教育前后患者白内障围手术期相关知信行改变情况。结果对白内障围手术期患者的知信行有显著性改变,统计数据分别为t=-10.53,t=-3.85,t=-5.951(P<0.001)白内障住院患者健康教育前后知识、点眼药的方法、慢性病的控制程度、信念、点眼药的重要性、行为、点眼药的位置和体位、术后不能提拉重物等方面有显著性差异。结论白内障住院患者围手术期健康教育资料应基于科学化的标准,纸质版白内障住院患者围手术期健康教育资料对于提高白内障知识-信念-行为有效。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the perioperative health education paper materials about cataract surgery.Methods The perioperative health education paper materials about cataract surgery was designed according to the applicability evaluation tool SAM(Suitabability Assessment of Materials). 200 hospitalized cataract patients were selected according to the principle of convenience sampling,from August to October 2017. This study compared every patient's score on KAP(knowledge,attitude and practice) about perioperative period of cataract surgery before and after health education. Results The scores on KAP about perioperative period of cataract surgery before and after health education have statistical difference(t =-10. 53,t =-3. 85,t =-5. 951,P〈0. 001). Conclusion The perioperative health education materials of cataract patients should be based on scientific criteria. Our perioperative health education paper materials about cataract surgery are effective to ameliorate the KAP of cataract patients.
