摘　　要：介绍了一种轨道交通车辆车轮在线自动化测量装置。这套装置采用了分段测量和大数、小数分开测量的原则。使用时将测量装置固定在车轮上,电机驱动测头沿车轮轮径完成摆动扫描测量,将所测值通过采样传到上位机,其中的极大值即为车轮的直径。通过实验比对验证该装置的可靠性,并且进行了使用该装置测量结果的不确定度分析,其结果表明完全满足轨道交通标准轮对的技术要求。In this paper, an on-line automatic measuring device for rail vehicle wheels is introduced. The device uses the principle of separate measurement with a large number of decimal numbers. When used, the measuring device is fixed on the wheel, and the motor driving probe completes the swing scanning measurement along the wheel diameter of the wheel, and the measured value is transmitted to the upper computer through sampling, and the maximum value is the diameter of the wheel. The reliability of the device is verified through experimental comparison, and the uncertainty analysis of the measurement result using the device is calculated, which fully meets the technical requirements of standard wheelset for rail transit.
