摘 要:以聚乙烯(PE)湿法膜为基体,在其两侧涂覆厚度为2μm的氧化铝(Al_2O_3)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)共混颗粒,得到一种杂化涂层PE电池隔膜。对复合隔膜的形貌、润湿性和热稳定性等进行了研究。结果表明:Al_2O_3/PTFE涂层均匀涂布于PE膜表面,在140℃下复合PE膜没有出现较大的收缩,并且混合颗粒有效地改善了PE膜的润湿性,提高了膜的吸液率。以Al_2O_3/PTFE复合PE膜作为隔膜组装电池并进行分析表明,杂化层可以显著提高电池长期充放电循环的容量保持率。Coating separators were prepared by coating both sides of porous polyethylene(PE) membranes with aluminum oxide(Al2O3) and Teflon(PTFE). The morphology, wettability and thermal stability of composite diaphragm were studied. The morphology study shows that Al2O3/PTFE coating layers are formed on the PE separators. Larger shrinkage of PE film is not appeared under 140 ℃; the wettability of PE film and the liquid absorption rate of membrane are effectively improved by hybrid particles. The Al2O3/PTFE coated PE separator was used as the membrane to assemble the battery. The analysis shows that the capacity retention of the cycling performance of cells are obviously improved by the hybrid layer.
