新常态下内蒙古能源经济发展现状及存在的问题

摘　　要：内蒙古得天独厚的能源禀赋以及适逢西部大开发的战略机遇,成就了经济连续八年位列全国第一的快速增长。但是,在经济快速增长的同时,也出现了部分生态破坏、环境污染等负外部性影响系列问题。随着国家经济发展放缓和结构调整,内蒙古经济增长也进入换挡期。内蒙古应该抓住新常态下的新机遇,以调整能源经济发展为抓手,找准阻碍能源经济健康发展的制约因素,继续秉承和发展低碳经济、生态保护、科技创新、协调共享原则,引领内蒙古能源经济实现科学健康的可持续发展。The unique energy endowment of Inner Mongolia and the strategic opportunity of the great develop-ment of the western region have made the economy rank first in the country for 8 years in a row. However,with therapid economic growth,some negative externalities,such as ecological damage and environmental pollution,arealso brought about. With the national economic development slowing down and structural adjustment,Inner Mongo-liaundefineds economic growth has also entered a shift period. Inner Mongolia should seize the new opportunitiesunder the new normal state,take the adjustment of energy economic development as its grip,and identify the con-straints that hinder the healthy development of the energy economy. Continue to uphold and develop low-carboneconomy,ecological protection,scientific and technological innovation,coordination and sharing principles,lead-ing the energy economy in Inner Mongolia to achieve a scientific and healthy sustainable development.
