从心肾不交浅谈轻度认知障碍的论治

摘　　要：本文探讨轻度认知障碍的中医学认识及其与心肾之间的联系,并通过对古籍文献及临床资料的分析,从心肾不交的角度论治轻度认知障碍,即肾水不能上济于心,心火不能下交于肾,致心肾不交,脑神失养而健忘;以滋阴降火、交通心肾为原则治疗轻度认知障碍。This article discusses the cognition of mild cognitive impairment in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and its relationship with heart and kidney, and through the analysis of ancient literature and clinical data, the paper puts forward the treatment of mild cogni-tive impairment from the point of view of heart and kidney. That is the kidney water can not be on the heart, heart-fire can not be handed down to the kidney, resulting in the non-interaction between the heart and kidney, the brain failing to be nourished. Nourishing yin and falling fire, the interaction between the heart and kidney-are the principle of treatment of mild cognitive impairment.
