摘 要:随着我国核电事业的发展,核用锆合金管材的需求量也在逐渐增加,对于生产核级锆管的生产效率也提出了更高要求。而轧制工序是锆合金管材生产的关键工序,决定着管材加工的生产周期及后续精整的返工量。因而,需要积极有效地控制锆合金管材生产效率。本文从锆合金管材轧制生产实际情况出发,探讨锆合金管材轧制生产效率的控制对策。With the development of nuclear power industry in China, the demand for nuclear zirconium alloy pipes is gradually increasing, and higher requirements are also put forward for the production efficiency of nuclear grade zirconium pipes. The rolling process is a key process in the production of zirconium alloy pipes, which determines the production cycle of pipe processing and the rework of subsequent finishing. Therefore, it is necessary to actively and effectively control the production efficiency of the zirconium alloy pipe. Based on the actual situation of zirconium alloy pipe rolling production, this paper discusses the control measures for the production efficiency of zirconium alloy pipe rolling.
