摘 要:我国的铝土矿绝大部分是高铝、高硅的一水硬铝石型,铝硅比(A/S)在5~8的中低品位矿占80%以上,经济有效地采用拜耳法生产氧化铝较困难。为提高我国氧化铝产业的竞争力,很有必要对拜耳法生产氧化铝进行生产工艺的优化,降低碱耗。本文主要从原料处理、添加剂、溶出工艺三方面介绍了近年来国内外学者为降低碱耗进行的研究。Most bauxite in our country is a kind of diasporic bauxite with high aluminum and high silicon, the middle and low grade ore that aluminum and silicon ratio (A/S) is 5 - 8 have more than 80% content, it is very difficult to produce the alumina by Bayer process cost - effectively. It is necessary to optimize the production process of alumina which is originally produced by Bayer process, to decrease the alkali consumption in order to improve the competitiveness of alumina industry of our country. The study on decreasing of alkali consumption in recent years carried by domestic and foreign scholar is introduced mainly from the aspects that raw material treatment, addition agent and dissolution rate.
