摘  要:为了降低烧结生产能耗,使余热得到充分利用,在实验室条件下,对铁矿石烧结点火及冷却工艺进行了实验研究,即在上一烧结杯烧结结束前,将其移动到下一布好料的烧结杯上方进行点火,这样整个烧结工艺只需一次点火,既简化了点火工艺,大大降低了烧结点火的能耗,同时利用后一烧结杯的抽风过程使前一烧结杯的烧结矿得到了冷却。实验表明,前一烧结杯能够成功点燃后一烧结杯的烧结料,同时,烧结矿的产量和质量不受影响,烧结矿的成品率可达79.25%,转鼓强度可达68.80%。The experimental study is carried out for iron ore sintering ignition and cooling process under the laboratory conditions in order to reduce the sintering production energy consumption and to take full advantage of the rest heat, the first sinter pot is moved to the upper side of the second sinter pot with charging before the sintering of the sinter pot finished, which is used for ignition, so the whole sintering process only need one time ignition, which can simplify the ignition process, the sintering ignition energy consumption can be reduced greatly, and the sintered ore in the first sinter pot can be cooled by air draft process of the second sinter pot. The experiment shows, the first sinter pot can ignite successfully the sintered material in the second sintered ore, the yield and the quality of sintered ore can not be affected, the rate of finished sintered ore can reach to 79.25% , the tumbler strength can reach to 68.80%.
