摘 要:渤海油田某终端处理厂的采出水经污水站处理后悬浮物、COD指标达不到回注要求,无法进行回注。合成3种高分子絮凝剂,在不同浓度下对该污水进行处理,并与市售同类产品进行对比。实验结果表明,CPAM的离子度对絮凝效果有较大影响,且高离子度的CPAM与PAC复配使用时对污水处理效果更佳。SS and COD of the produced water treated in a terminal treatment plant of Bohai Oilfield cannot meet the reinjection requirement. Three kinds of polymer flocculants have been synthesized, used for treating the wastewater having different concentrations, and compared with the products of the same kind in the market. Experimental results show that the ion exponent of CPAM has greater influence on its flocculation effect. And,when the CPAM having high ion exponent is used in combination with PAC, the wastewater treatment effect is better.
