摘　　要：由于大部分中小型企业采用的模切设备不带清废功能,工作速度低,需要人工清废。为了解决清废外置的问题,提高清废速度,降低劳动力成本,本文提出了一种新型的模切清废装置,包括接纸部分和清废部分,用于完成不带清废模切机的清废工作,该装置可以和模切机联线使用,也可以单独使用,达到清废的目的。Because most of the Die-cutting Machine used by small and medium-sized enterprises does not have the function of stripping, and the working speed is low, it needs to be manually dismantled. In order to solve the issue of external disposal, improve the speed of waste disposal, and reduce labor costs, this paper proposes a new type of Die-cutting and stripping device, including the paper-receiving part and the waste-removal part, which can be used to complete the work of waste disposal, and this Die-cutting Machine without waste disposal part. The device can be used in conjunction with the die-cutting machine, can also be used alone, to achieve the purpose of stripping.
