摘 要:通过天线单元中加载金属化过孔及馈电端采取三级阻抗变换等一系列手段设计一种Vivaldi天线单元,在5~11 GHz频段内驻波VSWR<2,物理尺寸只有14 mm(宽度)×32 mm(高度)×1.07 mm(厚度),相比于传统Vivaldi天线,单元宽度尺寸减小了53%,并通过对辐射贴片边缘开槽降低了天线E面耦合,达到了超宽带小型化的设计结果。利用该单元设计了一个7×7的矩形阵列,该阵列全频带内扫描角度可达±60°,满足阵列天线设计要求,可应用于空空导弹弹载的超宽带相控阵天线中。This paper describes a design of a Vivaldi antenna unit which uses a series of methods such as adding metalized hole in antenna unit and using a three-level impedance transfomlation at the feeding port. The voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) of the antenna unit is less than 2 at 5 -11 GHz bandwidth and the physical size is only 14 mm(width) × 32 mm(height) × 1.07 mm(thickness). The width size of designed antenna unit is decreased by 53% compared with the traditional Vivaldi antenna. The coupling perfomlance of antenna E-plane is lowered by cutting slot at the edge of the radiation patch. Thus, a miniaturized array antenna unit with ultra-wideband is achieved. A 7 × 7 rectangular antenna array is designed by using this unit, and the scanning angle of the array could achieve ± 60° in the entire bandwidth which meets the design requirements of the antenna array. This antenna unit can be used in missile-borne ultra-wideband phased array antenna.
