摘　　要：本文介绍了国家标准《公共建筑节能设计标准》GB50189-2015的主要技术研究工作,重点是公共建筑基础数据库的建立、节能标准编制工作后台以优化收益投资比为核心的算法,以及围护结构热工性能权衡判断方法的分析和完善、冷源评价方法及限值计算等。This paper introduced the main technical research of the national standard Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings GB50189-2015, including the setting up of national public building model database, the methodology of building energy standard based on maximizing the SIR （saving to investment ratio）, the improvement of building envelope thermal performance trade-off, and the circulation and evaluation of chillers energy efficiency, etc..
