摘  要:由于城市化和产业转型,城市中出现大量的闲置或废弃工业建筑,对其进行绿色民用化改造再利用是城市建设领域转型的迫切需求。本项目系统性地对既有工业建筑民用化改造中的绿色建筑技术进行研究,形成既有工业建筑绿色民用化改造技术体系,在厂房空间功能转变及室内环境改善、垂直绿化增设、绿色建筑能源管理平台、结构消能减震仿真平台等方面形成创新,并在全国建立多个工业建筑绿色改造示范工程,对既有工业建筑绿色化改造项目从点到面的发展,起到良好的示范推动作用。Due to urbanization and industrialization, there are a large number of idle or abandoned industrial buildings in cities, so it is urgent to transform and reuse them for green renovation. This project systematically studied the green building technology in the civil renovation of the existing industrial buildings, and formulated the green renovation technology system of the existing industrial buildings. Especially Innovation is formed on space transformation and improvement of indoor environment, vertical greening, green building energy management platform, structural energy dissipation simulation platform, etc. This project established several demonstration projects of green retrofitting of industrial buildings, which have positively promoted green retrofitting development throughout the country.
