摘  要:为降低修井液对储层的损害,提高修井作业后的产量恢复率,同时克服现有油层保护液油层保护效果单一的问题,结合大港油田储层修井作业过程中油层保护技术要求,通过增黏剂、降滤失剂、防水锁剂及稳定剂等添加剂的优选和配伍性评价试验,形成了具有多重油层保护效果的修井液。结果表明,其黏度在83~238mPa·s之间,滤失量小于15mL,防膨率大于90%,渗透率恢复率超过90%,现场试验80多井次表明,应用井产量平均恢复率超过98.5%,表明该修井液能够有效降低修井液对油层的伤害,增强修井作业过程中油层的保护效果。In order to reduce workover fluid reservoir damage,improve the recovery rate of yield after workover,and overcome the existing reservoir protection fluid reservoir protection effect of a single problem,combined with the technical requirements of reservoir protection process in Dagang oilfield reservoir workover operation,through the tackifier,filtration reducing agent,anti water lock agent and stabilizer additive selection and compatibility evaluation test,has formed a multi reservoir protection effect of workover fluid.Experimental results showed that the viscosity between 83~238 mPa·s,the filter vector is less than 15 mL,the anti swelling rate is greater than 90%,the permeability recovery rate of more than 90%,the field test of more than 80 wells showed that the average recovery rate of production wells more than 98.5%,showed that the workover fluid can effectively reduce workover fluid to reservoir damage,strengthen reservoir protection effect in the process of workover job.
