摘  要:U型波纹管是常用的管道连接和补偿装置,波纹管的结构设计对其声学传递特性具有重要影响。采用声学有限元法建立了波纹管的数值计算模型,计算了不同结构参数下波纹管的声学传递损失,得到了结构参数对波纹管声学传递损失的影响规律。基于有限元仿真结果,建立了波纹管传递损失峰值频带上、下限频率计算的数学模型。设计加工了一个波纹管试件,采用两负载实验法测试了其声学传递损失,并将实验结果与有限元仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明:U型波纹管的声学传递损失具有典型的带阻滤波特性;波高、波宽及内径是影响波纹管传递损失峰值频带上、下限频率的最主要因素;波纹管传递损失峰值频带上、下限频率数学模型的计算结果与有限元仿真结果的误差在±3.0%以内;波纹管声学传递损失的实验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,验证了波纹管声学有限元模型和声学传递损失峰值频带上、下限频率数学模型的准确性与有效性。该研究为U型波纹管的声学设计提供相应的理论依据,也为其声学应用提供了新思路。A U-shaped corrugated pipe is a commonly used pipe connection and compensation device. The structural design of corrugated pipes has an important influence on its acoustic transmission characteristics. The numerical calculation model of a U-shaped corrugated pipe was built with the acoustic finite element( FE) method. Its acoustic transmission losses under different structural parameters were computed to obtain influence laws of structural parameters on its acoustic transmission loss. Based on the finite element simulation results,a mathematical model was established to compute the lower and upper cutoff frequencies of the peak frequency band of the pipe's acoustic transmission loss. A corrugated pipe specimen was designed and fabricated,its acoustic transmission loss was measured using the two-load method,and the test results were compared with the FE simulation ones. The results showed that U-shaped corrugated pipes have a typical band-stop filtering characteristics; corrugation height,corrugation width and its internal diameter are the main factors affecting the lower and upper cutoff frequencies of the peak frequency band of corrugated pipe's acoustic transmission loss; the error between the computed results of the established mathematical model and the FE simulation results is within ± 3. 0%; the test results for the U-shaped corrugated pipe's acoustic transmission loss agree well with the simulation ones,so the correctness and effectiveness of the FE simulation model and the established mathematical model are verified. This study provided a theoretical basis for the acoustical design of U-shaped corrugated pipes,and a new idea for their applications.
