摘  要:长庆油田针对井场撬装化混凝处理装置存在的机械搅拌撬吊装拉运繁复、搅拌能量分配不均匀、设备维护工作量大的问题,提出了"原水提升泵+管道混合器+微涡流反应池+井下措施罐"的微涡流混凝工艺。结果表明,相比机械搅拌混凝工艺,微涡流混凝工艺投药量平均减少25%,夏季投药量减少4~5mg/L,冬季投药量减少7~9mg/L,混凝时间降至27min,该工艺能够促进混凝剂稳定反应,减少环境温度的冲击,提高低温环境下措施废液处理效率。Aiming at the problems of complicated lifting,unevenness of stirring energy distribution and the large amount of equipment maintenance of skid-mounted coagulation treatment device,Changqing Oilfield proposed the micro-vortex coagulation process which consists of raw water lift pump,pipeline mixer,micro-vortex reaction pool and underground measure tank.The results showed that the average dosage of micro-vortex coagulation process was 25% less than mechanical mixing and coagulation technology,the dosage decreased by 4-5 mg/L in summer and decreased 7-9 mg/L in winter,the coagulation time decreased to 27 min.This process can promote the stable reaction of coagulant,reduce the impact of environmental temperature and improve the efficiency of waste liquid treatment under low temperature.
