摘　　要：金融工程是一门新兴学科。近年来安徽省开设金融工程专业的高校越来越多,金融工程学科的发展水平和人才培养水平都在不断地提升。但是金融工程在安徽省内高校仍然是一个新发展的专业,各个高校在专业建设和发展中都处于探索阶段,存在着一些共性的问题。文章针对近年来省内高校金融工程专业的发展现状以及存在的问题进行分析,强调根据学生发展的需要明确人才培养定位,整合学校优势资源,突出工程特点等措施,促进金融工程专业建设水平。Financial engineering is a new subject.In recent years,more and more colleges and universities have set up financial engineering major in Anhui Province,and the development level and talent training level of financial engineering discipline have been constantly improved.However,financial engineering is still a newly developed specialty of universities in Anhui Province, and each uni-versity is in the exploration stage of the professional construction and development, so there are some common problems.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of financial engineering major in colleges and universities in recent years,this paper emphasizes some measures such as clarifying the orientation of talent training according to the requirements of students＇ devel-opment,integrating the advantages of the school resources,and highlighting the characteristics of engineering,etc.so as to promote the level of financial engineering specialty construction.
