摘　　要：目的探讨对冠心病合并左心功能不全的患者使用黄芪汤加减的临床意义。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院中医内科就诊的80例冠心病合并左心功能不全的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规西医治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用黄芪汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床有效率为97.5%(39/40),对照组临床有效率为87.5%(35/40),试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并左心功能不全的患者使用黄芪汤加减治疗,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical significance of Hu angqi decoction in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with left heart dysfunction patients were selected. 40 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with Huangqi decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Huangqi decoction in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction can obviously improve the clinical efficiency and the quality of life of the patients. It is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
