摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的重要国策之一。本文选取农村经济发展中的低收入村为研究对象,由村基本情况和村民土地等资源使用情况与发展建议两个方面设计问卷,采用入户调研、量化分析和专题研究的方式,以期得出如何有效地为村域经济发展和农民增收致富提供智力支持和人才支撑。Rural revitalization strategy is one of the most important national policies of 19 th CPC National Congress.This paper selects low-income villages as the research object. The questionnaire was designed from two aspects：village basic situation,resource utilization and development suggestion. By means of household survey,quantitative analysis and thematic research,it is expected that how to effectively provide intellectual support for the development of the village economy and increasing farmers＇ income.
