摘 要:印染废水中含有难被生物降解的化学成分,是较难处理的废水之一,脱色是印染废水处理首先要解决的问题。通过共沉淀法制备得到纳米Zn O/硅藻土复合材料。从材料投加量、接触时间、有机染料浓度、p H值和温度等方面考察了该复合材料对有机染料亚甲基蓝的吸附及光催化降解性能。实验研究表明,在光照条件下,该复合材料对有机染料亚甲基蓝的去除效果显著优于普通硅藻土;在一定强度紫外灯照射下,材料投加量与有机染料溶液配比为0.1 g/100 m L时,处理效率最优,该材料与有机染料溶液接触6 h脱色率约为50%,接触24 h脱色率约为100%;有机染料浓度、染料溶液p H值和溶液温度等条件对材料脱色率效率的影响较为显著。Printing and dyeing wastewater contains chemical components that are difficult to be biodegraded,and it is one of the more difficult wastewaters. Decolorization is the first problem to be solved in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. The nano-Zn O/diatomite composite material was prepared by coprecipitation method. The adsorption and photocatalytic degradation properties of the composites on methylene blue were investigated in terms of composite dosage,contact time,organic dye concentration,p H value and temperature. The results show that the removal efficiency of methylene blue is better than that of the ordinary diatomite under the light conditions. Experiments show that under a certain intensity of UV lamp irradiation,when the dosage of material and organic dye solution ratio is 0. 1 g/100 m L,the treatment efficiency is the best. The decolorization rate of the material in contact with the organic dye solution for 6 h is about 50%,and the decolorization rate of the contact 24 h is about 100%. The concentration,p H and temperature of the dye solution have a significant effect on the efficiency of the decolorization rate of the material.
