摘  要:在高速公路机电监理项目中,进度控制问题一直备受关注,合理的进度计划是进度控制的关键,而在编制进度计划时,通常会综合应用横道图和双代号网络图。分别利用横道图与双代号网络图编制高速公路机电工程进度计划,通过分析,机电工程实施进程中,偶尔会出现非关键工作延误或关键工作延期的情形,如果延误或延期时间超过了自身总时差,基于横道图的进度控制存在局限性,而必须引用双代号网络图来编制进度计划,从而及时调整工程进度。The progress control is an important content of the electromechanical supervision project of the expressway.Gantt chart and activity-on-arrow network have been usually used in scheduled plan. In this paper,Gantt chart and activity-on-arrow network have been adopted to draw up electromechanical supervision project of the expressway.Through the research and analysis,such conclusion has been drawn that when the pivotal work is delayed or non-critical work is delayed,and if its interval is longer than its own total float in the process of electromechanical supervision project,it is limited to control engineering progress by Gantt chart,it is necessary to control engineering progress by activity-on-arrow network.
