摘　　要：目的了解临床医生、护士与医技人员的心理健康情况,为改善医务人员心理健康提供依据。方法随机抽取某省级综合医院400名医护人员,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价其心理健康状况,并与常模数据作对比。结果将400名调查对象SCL-90评分与中国常模比较,发现临床科室的医护人员SCL-90评定中,躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执各因子评分均高于国内常模(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;医技科室医护人员SCL-90评定中,躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执各因子得分均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床科室的医护人员SCL-90评定中,躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执各因子得分均高于医技科室的医护人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护人员心理健康状态差与工作量大、危重病人多、人力不足、频繁班次、无节假日、紧张的医患关系有直接关系,身心健康状态能直接影响工作质量、服务质量,有关部门应重视医护人员心身健康问题,经常进行心理健康知识宣传,适当增加医务人员,妥善安排班次,减少不良影响因素,维护医务人员的身心健康。Objective To acknowledge the mental health condition of clinicians,nurses and medical technicians,and provide evidence to improve the mental health of medical personne.Methods 400 medical objects were selected by random sampling and evaluated the mental health conditions by Symptom Checklist（SCL-90）,and then the data were compared with normal norm.Results Compared with the Chinese norm,the study results showed that each factor score and total score of SCL-90 were higher at clinical departments,medical departments and medical laboratories medical with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.In addition,the SCL-90 factor scores were higher at clinical departments than the medical laboratories medical with statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The bad mental health status of medical staff are directly related with the overweight workload,more critically ill patients,lack of manpower,frequent departures,no holidays,tense doctor-patient relationship.The state of health can directly reduce the quality of work and service.The leaders should pay attention to the health care both body and mental of staff.To strengthen the mental health knowledge propaganda,appropriately increase the medical staff,properly arrange trips,reduce adverse factors are the key ways to maintain physical and mental health of medical staff.
